There was a post on the SendOutCards Corporate blog that was important for all distributors to take notice of. In order to get paid, it's important to know that you must fill out two forms for SendOutCards to send you your checks. The first form is W-8BEN, if your a foreign person this one is for you. The second form is W-9. Anyone who's ever had a job has filled one of these out. For any that's a distributor it's important that these forms get filled out and sent in to SendOutCards as soon as possible. These are really the ticket to making sure you'll receive your commission check.
If you can't find the forms in your kit, or your not sure if you sent them in, then go to this web page and pull them down for printing. After that you can send the completed form to the following address.

Whichever ever way you choose to send them in, make sure you do it before it's too late. One thing we can count on is that the Government is rather particular about getting it's money, and I'm sure you don't want them coming after you.
