In Case You Missed Jordan

Just in case you weren't able to listen to Jordan Adler last night on SOC Radio, I'm going to give you a recap to what I believe was one of the best broadcasts yet. Yes, there were some technical difficulties on last nights show, but those got ironed out very quickly, and the call proceeded without a hitch.

I think one of the key statements that I heard last night was this little gem by Jordan:

Nothing great has ever been accomplished in a state of hesitation

Think about that for a moment. Since when does doing nothing actually get you what you want? The answer is probably never.

At some point we have all heard this:

You'll never make money at this

Only the people at the top make money

If you've heard those statements and I'm sure you have, you have two choices.

1. Give up and believe in what other people say and never reach your full potential.
2. Use those negative feelings to propel yourself in ways you never have before.

Whichever you choose is up to you, but for me the option has never been to just give up. Success in this business will only be achieved by those who never give up. The great philosopher Yoda said, "there is no try, there is only do", and that's exactly what you should be doing. It's all a numbers game. Some will find great success in the beginning, while others will find it in the end. Whichever one you are, just keep going and don't give up.
